The Security & Safety Things ecosystem allows interested parties to sign-up to the platform. The registered companies can add/delete users and manage their privileges using the User Management Portal. Developers use the Developer Console to upload and manage their applications. The Application Store enables integrators to purchase applications. The Device Management Portal allows to manage S&ST OS cameras and their licenses.
All those components work in confluence to enable simple and easy application, license and camera management.
A user of a S&ST OS camera has to claim their camera into their company account on the S&ST platform. Application licenses they buy from the Application Store will first get transferred into their company pool. Owned licenses can then be associated to a camera. If an application is no longer needed on a particular camera the application license can be removed and returned to the pool (and assigned to another camera).
Please note: S&ST will take full responsibility for all components that make up the ecosystem. In case of any problem or question, a ticket can be raised via our web form. Please contact the reseller of your camera if you are facing a physical problem with your camera.
